* Added TransformConstraintTimeline.
* Added bone shearing.
* Added ShearTimeline.
* Changed Skeleton#updateCache.
* Changed JSON and binary formats. Some binary format fields and enums were rearranged for consistency -- sorry, but it's better for the long term. Docs for both are up to date.
