2a25ca33d6 [c][cpp][sdl] Fixes, closes #2943.
The reason that the chibi-stickers project wouldn't load correctly was
because there was multiply blending used on the glasses-shadow slot.

This has been corrected so that skeletons will load correctly, and
tested using this project and the celestial-circus Spine project.

77ec2a3cf5 [godot] Resolves #2925, fixes regression in building Godot 3.x
Incorrect parameters were being passed to functions. This was preventing
Godot 3.x from building.

This fix has been tested against the spine-godot modules 3.6.1-stable,
4.4.1-stable, and the 4.4.1-stable Spine GDExtension.
