* [spine-csharp] Ported 3.3 changes to IKConstraint. Also got rid of the hideous labeled break. Replaced with while and sprinkled continues and break :D

2f3a572ff6 Mecanim Dummy Clip Generation Warning
There was a Unity bug causing an internal Dictionary add to fail, and thus prevent existing generated Mecanim controller from being updated.
