16684f6714 Removed XNA project type from the Spine XNA and XNA example projects.
This allows these projects to be opened in Visual studio 2012.

ed6634b641 Fixed: #77 Starling atlas cropping, #90 spine-as3 slot colors, #92 spine-as3 image changes.
Renamed SkeletonAnimationSprite -> SkeletonAnimation. Versioned starling SWC file name.

5b0a3f0b38 Add missing semicolons
Missing semicolons can cause trouble when minifying
or concatenating Javascript sources. The last one
actually did cause trouble when being followed by
an IIFE after concatenation.
